A few of the most common questions we receive from prospective members.
Yes. Subject to availability and approval, members can upgrade their tier part-way through the year. Any adjustment is pro-rated based on remaining months and updated allowances.
Memberships are designed around annual usage. In some cases we may roll a small number of unused days forward as a gesture of goodwill, but this is not guaranteed and is agreed individually.
Select tiers allow additional named drivers, subject to licence checks and agreement. Black and higher bespoke arrangements can include multiple authorised drivers or corporate use.
Our team will outline permitted territories and any restrictions during onboarding. In general, we focus on UK-based use with clear guidelines for European trips, track use and special events.
