At Hurn's straight it produces one of the great supercar sound experiences. On a technical circuit like Wareham, its balance and mid-corner composure reward every progression in confidence.

McLaren 720S

710 hp twin-turbo V8, 0–62 in 2.9 seconds, carbon MonoCell II chassis. Hurn Circuit, Bournemouth Airport

Hurn Circuit is located on the perimeter of Bournemouth Airport (BOH), just 5 miles from Poole — making it the nearest dedicated track day venue for Dorset-based drivers. The 3.3km circuit uses the airport's runway infrastructure to create a flowing, technical layout with long straights and challenging braking zones. It is a popular venue for performance driving days, with events run by multiple organising clubs throughout the year. Our vehicles are delivered directly to the circuit paddock from Poole or BOH.

Thruxton Circuit, Hampshire

Thruxton in Hampshire is the UK's fastest permanent racing circuit — a sweeping, high-speed venue renowned for its demanding corners including Church, Allard, and the Complex. Located approximately 40 miles from Poole via the A338 and A303, Thruxton is a firm favourite for experienced track day drivers seeking a genuine challenge. Our Porsche 911 GT3 RS and Lamborghini Huracán Performante are both perfectly matched to Thruxton's demands. WhatsApp your preferred vehicle, circuit (Wareham, Hurn, or Thruxton), and date. We confirm availability and venue capacity, plus any circuit-specific requirements such as helmet and gloves. Midweek and weekend sessions both available, including early-morning bookings for Wareham in summer.

2. Book & Brief

Deposit confirms the booking. We send a full pre-event briefing document — what to bring, what to expect, the session schedule, and detailed circuit information. On the day, you receive a vehicle orientation and track safety briefing before your first session. No surprises and no rushing at the circuit.

3. Arrive & Drive

Arrive at the circuit. Receive the keys. Drive. Sessions build gradually — installation lap, confidence laps, then open performance laps as you find your rhythm. Our team is trackside throughout, available for guidance, vehicle adjustments, and GoPro footage capture. After the session, the debrief is as valuable as the laps themselves.

Hurn Circuit

9 miles from Poole. 1.4 miles, 295ft elevation gain.

Set in the grounds of Grade I listed Kingston Lacy, this is Britain's most prestigious hillclimb venue. The course climbs steeply through fast sweepers, tightening second-gear hairpins, and a technical crest before the finish. Surface quality is excellent throughout. Ideal for the Porsche GT3 RS and Lamborghini Performante — cars that reward mechanical grip on a shorter, highly technical layout where the driver makes the biggest difference.

Hurn Aerodrome

18 miles east of Poole. 1-mile straight, controlled environment.

A World War II airfield near Bournemouth, Hurn hosts land speed record attempts and supercar acceleration days on its mile-long concrete runway. For those who want to experience what 710 hp of McLaren or 640 hp of Lamborghini delivers in a straight line — safely, without traffic, without limits — there is no better venue in Dorset. Fully marshalled. Individual timed runs available. The raw acceleration at Hurn is unlike anything on a public road.

Thruxton Circuit

45 miles north of Poole. 2.1-mile FIA circuit, multiple configurations.

Hampshire's premier permanent racing circuit near Andover. Thruxton hosts BTCC, Superbike, and GT championship rounds throughout the season. The circuit combines fast flowing corners with slow technical sections — the Clervaux sweeper, Tower complex, and Jim Clark Esses each demand different technique. Full pit lane, briefing rooms, and spectator areas. Private and corporate track hire available for groups from Poole and across the South West.
