Twin-Turbo V6 & AWD System
The VR38DETT is one of the most tuneable and resilient performance engines ever produced. In standard form it produces over 560bhp from 3.8 litres — in Nismo specification, that figure rises beyond 600bhp with a hand-balanced rotating assembly.
Twin IHI turbochargers deliver boost from low in the rev range, providing a broad, progressive power band rather than a single explosive peak. Combined with the GR6 dual-clutch transmission, power delivery feels immediate and relentless.
The ATTESA E-TS system distributes torque between front and rear axles in real time, reading yaw rate, steering angle, throttle position and individual wheel speeds. In normal driving this creates reassuring stability. Under hard cornering, it actively rotates the car by sending more torque to the rear — adjustable aggression via the driving mode selector.
