Terms of Service

These terms govern self-drive supercar hire services provided by LuxuryCarHire.Club Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By confirming a booking or joining our membership you agree to these terms and any bespoke provisions agreed in writing.

Bookings

Vehicle hire is confirmed once we send written acceptance. Changes requested within 24 hours of collection may incur additional charges. Extended hire periods beyond the agreed return time are billed in hourly increments at our prevailing rates.

Fees and payment

Pricing is quoted in Pounds Sterling inclusive of standard insurance but exclusive of fuel, congestion charges, parking, tolls, or third-party costs. A refundable security deposit is required prior to collection. Account clients are invoiced on seven-day terms. Card payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours of collection are charged at 50% of the agreed hire fee. Prestige and limited-edition vehicle bookings cancelled within 72 hours are charged in full due to specialist vehicle allocation.

Driver requirements and conduct

Drivers must hold a full UK or EU driving licence for a minimum of two years and be aged 25 or over (30 for certain high-performance vehicles). Additional drivers must be pre-approved in writing. Smoking and vaping in vehicles are strictly prohibited. Vehicles must not be used for racing, track days, or any unlawful purpose.

Vehicle condition and return

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected, excluding reasonable wear. The hirer is responsible for any damage, excessive wear, or cleaning charges incurred during the hire period. Fuel must be replenished to the level at collection.

Liability

We maintain comprehensive self-drive hire insurance. Excess amounts apply to all claims. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including severe weather, mechanical failure, and road closures.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
