““The Rolls-Royce Phantom on the Nostell Priory drive was the moment of our wedding. The avenue of trees, the lake appearing to the right, the Portland stone mansion ahead. Our photographer positioned at the lake captured the Phantom with its reflection in the water. Extraordinary.””
, — Richard & Laura M., Nostell Priory Wedding
Nostell Priory, six miles south-east of Wakefield, is a National Trust Palladian mansion designed by James Paine with interiors by Robert Adam and furniture by Thomas Chippendale — who was born in nearby Otley. The house sits in 300 acres of parkland with a lake, orangery, and Gothic stable block. A Rolls-Royce Phantom on the approach drive with the mansion’s Portland stone facade ahead and the parkland lake reflecting the sky is a wedding arrival of genuine grandeur.

Walton Hall at Waterton Park, four miles south-east of Wakefield, is a Georgian mansion on an island in a 26-acre lake. The causeway approach across the water to the hall entrance is unique in Yorkshire. A Bentley Flying Spur crossing the causeway with the lake on either side and the hall ahead creates wedding photographs unlike any other venue.

Medieval origins, the tallest spire in Yorkshire. The cathedral sits in the city centre with the Chantry Chapel of St Mary on the medieval bridge nearby — one of only four bridge chapels surviving in England. A classic wedding ceremony in the cathedral followed by a Rolls-Royce departure through the city centre.
