For proms held at Windsor Racecourse, local hotels, school grounds, or venues in Maidenhead, Ascot, Bracknell, or Slough, we manage the arrival logistics so the student and their friends can focus on the occasion. Windsor Racecourse on the A308 is among the most popular local prom venues, with a dedicated vehicle drop-off area beside the main entrance. We recommend booking 8 to 12 weeks ahead — by early April at the latest. For Windsor Boys’ School and Windsor Girls’ School proms specifically, we typically receive bookings from February onwards.
