““The Ferrari F8 through Windsor Great Park on a September morning was remarkable. Deer on the parkland, autumn colours beginning, and the castle behind us. Twenty minutes of driving that justified the entire hire.””
, — James T., Windsor, Weekend Hire
The B3022 runs through Windsor Great Park from the castle south towards Virginia Water. This is one of the finest driving environments in southern England — mature avenues of ancient oaks, open parkland, and The Long Walk stretching 2.6 miles in a straight line from the castle to the Copper Horse statue on Snow Hill. A Ferrari F8 Tributo on the roads circling this royal estate on a clear morning is a genuinely memorable drive. The park roads are well-maintained, lightly trafficked outside weekends, and set within landscape that has been curated for over 600 years. The route from Windsor Castle through the park passes Frogmore House, crosses Ranger’s Gate, and continues through the mature woodland around the Valley Gardens before emerging at Virginia Water lake. The entire loop is approximately 12 miles and can be completed in 30 minutes, though most clients take considerably longer. The deer herds grazing in the parkland, the ancient oak pollards, and the sense of space within sight of the castle create a driving environment that is uniquely Windsor.

The A332 south from Windsor reaches Ascot in six miles — ten minutes of flowing dual carriageway through the Berkshire countryside. Beyond Ascot, the A30 continues through Sunningdale and Virginia Water, passing Wentworth Golf Club and the private estates of the Sunningdale Park area. This corridor is home to some of England’s most expensive residential property, and the roads reflect the investment — smooth surfaces, gentle curves, and mature tree canopies throughout. A Porsche 911 GT3 RS through Sunningdale on an autumn morning is driving at its most refined. The Ascot to Bagshot stretch of the A30 continues through Crown Estate land with pine forests on both sides. This road has a character quite different from the parkland routes — fast, flowing, and with the feel of a continental forest road. The surface quality is excellent throughout and the road is quiet outside commuter hours. For clients who want to extend their drive beyond the immediate Windsor area, this corridor adds another 15 miles of premium driving.

Heathrow Airport is eight miles east of Windsor. International clients arriving at Terminals 2 or 5 can be in a supercar within 25 minutes of clearing arrivals. We arrange terminal collection or deliver to any Windsor hotel. The proximity to Heathrow makes Windsor the natural supercar collection point for international visitors — closer than central London and without the congestion charge or ULEZ complications. For clients arriving on morning flights, a supercar waiting at Heathrow and a day of driving through the Thames Valley is one of the most efficient ways to experience English countryside motoring.

““The Ferrari F8 through Windsor Great Park on a September morning was remarkable. Deer on the parkland, autumn colours beginning, and the castle behind us. Twenty minutes of driving that justified the entire hire.””
““Collected the GT3 RS from Windsor and drove to Ascot via the A332, then south through Sunningdale to Virginia Water. These roads are beautifully maintained and virtually empty on a Tuesday morning. Returned via the Great Park. A perfect loop.””
B3022 Through Windsor Great Park (12-mile loop)
South from Windsor Castle through the heart of the Great Park. Ancient oak avenues, open parkland, deer herds in the distance. The road passes Frogmore House and winds through to Virginia Water. Light traffic on weekday mornings. This is the signature Windsor driving experience — a supercar in a royal landscape that has hosted kings and queens for centuries. The surface is well-maintained throughout and the speed is moderate, making this route as much about the setting as the pace. Early morning in autumn, with mist hanging over the parkland and the castle emerging from the haze, is the finest time to drive this route.
A332 Windsor to Ascot (6 miles)
Flowing dual carriageway south through woodland. Ten minutes to Ascot Racecourse. The approach to Ascot has a sense of occasion, particularly during race weeks when the entire corridor comes alive. Continue south on the A30 through Sunningdale for an additional ten miles of premium Surrey driving through pine forests and private estates.
A308 Windsor to Maidenhead via Bray (8 miles)
West along the Thames corridor through Bray — home to The Fat Duck and The Waterside Inn, two of England’s finest restaurants. The road follows the river through Bray Marina and into Maidenhead. A Bentley Continental GT on this route to dinner at The Fat Duck is a properly considered evening. The road passes through the village of Bray, which despite its size holds more Michelin stars per capita than anywhere in the country.
A4 Bath Road West to Henley-on-Thames (20 miles)
The historic Bath Road runs west through Maidenhead to Marlow and Henley. The stretch between Maidenhead and Marlow follows the Thames through rolling Buckinghamshire countryside. During Henley Royal Regatta (July), this drive becomes one of the great English summer motoring experiences. Thirty-five minutes of Thames Valley driving ending at the regatta. The roads between Marlow and Henley pass through some of the prettiest villages in the Chilterns — Hambleden, Medmenham, and Fawley — where the landscape rises from the Thames flood plain into wooded chalk hills.
M4 to London (23 miles)
Straight motorway east to central London. Thirty to forty-five minutes depending on traffic. The M4 corridor is the primary connection to London, and Windsor’s position at Junction 6 provides rapid access. For clients wanting London access without London collection, Windsor offers the practical alternative. We advise avoiding the M4 eastbound between 7:30am and 9:30am and westbound between 4:30pm and 7pm for the most enjoyable drive.
A30 Through Virginia Water and Sunningdale (10 miles)
From the southern edge of Windsor Great Park, the A30 runs through Virginia Water and Sunningdale towards Bagshot. This is a road of mature Surrey character — large houses set back behind hedges, golf courses, pine woodland, and consistently excellent road surfaces. The stretch past Wentworth Golf Club is particularly attractive. A McLaren 720S on this road on a quiet morning is a quietly exceptional experience.
The same arrangement, across 124 cities.
