““Shot the Ferrari F8 Tributo on The Mall at 06:30 on a May morning with apple blossom visible in the background trees. The Georgian facades in early light with the red car on the green — the client used it as their hero image for a year. The handler had the car immaculate between every setup.””

No other city in Ireland or the UK has two cathedrals of the same name on opposing hilltops. The Church of Ireland St Patrick’s Cathedral (medieval foundation) and the Catholic St Patrick’s Cathedral (Romano-Romanesque, 1873) create architectural drama from multiple angles. A supercar positioned between the two cathedrals, with both visible in a single wide frame, is imagery unique to Armagh.

The Mall’s tree-lined green flanked by Francis Johnston’s Georgian terraces (1790s) provides a 200-metre backdrop of period architecture. The limestone facades photograph warmly at golden hour, and the tree canopy creates natural light modulation throughout the day. The Courthouse at the northern end and the cricket pavilion provide architectural anchors for compositions.

From mid-April to early May, 6,000 acres of apple orchards across the Orchard County transform into white and pink blossom. A red Ferrari against blossom-laden trees, or a Bentley Continental GTC convertible on a blossom-lined lane, creates seasonal imagery that cannot be replicated elsewhere. This is a 3–4 week window that brands and publications increasingly target.

Couples and individuals booking a supercar for styled portrait sessions at The Mall, Palace Demesne, or between the two cathedrals. The Rolls-Royce Ghost and Bentley Continental GTC are most requested for portrait work.

““Booked the Rolls-Royce Ghost Black Badge for a food brand campaign at Palace Demesne. The contrast of black car against the green gardens and Georgian architecture was exactly what the brief required. LuxuryCarHire.Club handled positioning and had the vehicle ready before our team arrived.””
The Mall, Georgian Quarter: The tree-lined green with Georgian terraces on both sides. Early morning shoots (before 08:00) provide empty backgrounds. The Courthouse and Johnston’s limestone facades create depth and period character. Golden hour from the west illuminates the eastern terrace facades.
Twin Cathedrals: The Church of Ireland cathedral on its hilltop provides elevated views with the city below. The Catholic cathedral’s grand steps and Romano-Romanesque facade offer formal architectural backdrops. Both accessible by vehicle for positioning and photography.
Palace Demesne: 300 acres of gardens and parkland. The walled garden, lime tree avenue, and open meadows provide varied settings. Free admission means no access fees or complex permissions. The former Archbishop’s residence adds Georgian architecture to natural landscape settings.
Navan Fort (Emain Macha): 2 miles west, the ancient capital of the Ulster kings. The hilltop earthwork provides elevated, open-air settings with panoramic views. Archaeological drama without modern visual intrusions. Access via single-track road — plan vehicle positioning in advance.
Orchard Roads (seasonal): The lanes between Loughgall, Richhill, and Tandragee pass through the densest concentration of apple orchards. Mid-April to early May for blossom. The quiet rural roads accommodate vehicle photography without traffic disruption. Afternoon light through the blossom canopy creates exceptional imagery.
