Basing House — Tudor Ruins

Basing House (Old Basing, 2 miles east of Basingstoke) contains the ruins of one of the largest Tudor palaces ever built, a standing 1535 Great Barn, fishponds, and an orchard. The site is officially registered for commercial filming by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. Its combination of ruined brick architecture, open grassland, and atmospheric stonework provides a versatile period setting — our supercars photograph dramatically against the ancient gatehouse walls.

Highclere Castle — Downton Abbey Estate

Highclere Castle (17 miles north, near Newbury) is one of the UK's most recognised filming locations as the exterior and interior setting for ITV's Downton Abbey and both feature films. The Victorian baronial castle sits in 5,000 acres of Capability Brown-landscaped parkland. Available for commercial shoots by arrangement with the estate, our fleet vehicles provide period-appropriate or contemporary contrast against the castle's grand Victorian facade.

Shinfield Studios — Reading

Shinfield Studios (20 miles north via M3/M4, RG2) opened in June 2024 with 18 sound stages covering nearly 1,000,000 sq ft — one of the UK's most significant new studio facilities. Easily accessible from Basingstoke for vehicle deliveries to major streaming and feature film productions. Milestones Museum & Hampshire Sets
