LuxuryCarHire.Club supplies luxury and period vehicles for film and television productions across Halifax and Calderdale. Shibden Hall (Gentleman Jack), the Piece Hall (Peaky Blinders), Hebden Bridge, and Calderdale's mill architecture provide locations that have attracted major productions for over a decade. Our fleet includes modern supercars, classic Rolls-Royce and Bentley, and period vehicles suitable for dramas spanning the 1920s to the present day. Call 020 7123 4581 or email for production enquiries.
Our Halifax production fleet covers vehicles from the 1920s to the present day. Modern luxury: Rolls-Royce Phantom, Bentley Continental GT, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Range Rover Autobiography, Ferrari F8 Tributo, Lamborghini Huracan, McLaren 720S, and Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Classic and period: Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow, Bentley S-Series, Jaguar E-Type, Aston Martin DB5, and Mercedes-Benz W123. Every vehicle is maintained to camera-ready standard with consistent bodywork, period-correct details where applicable, and the ability to run repeatedly for multiple takes. We provide vehicles with or without drivers, low-loader transport for hero cars, and on-set standby for continuity. Our production coordinator works with your art department on vehicle selection, dressing, and period accuracy — ensuring the car sells the scene rather than distracting from it.
“"We needed three period vehicles for a Shibden Hall shoot — a 1960s Rolls-Royce and two supporting cars. LuxuryCarHire.Club provided camera-ready vehicles with drivers who understood the process. No fuss between setups, vehicles repositioned quickly, and the art department was impressed with the period accuracy."”
, — Location Manager, BBC Drama
Shibden Hall is among the most filmed historic houses in West Yorkshire. The BBC's Gentleman Jack brought international attention to the hall and its grounds, but Shibden has served as a location for period dramas spanning the 17th to 19th centuries. The hall's Jacobean core, 15th-century timber-framed barn, and surrounding parkland provide multiple period-appropriate settings within a single location. Our period vehicles — particularly the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow and Bentley S-Series — complement the hall's architectural period for productions set from the 1950s onwards. For earlier periods, horse-drawn carriage coordination is available through our partner network. We understand Shibden's access restrictions, the approach via Godley Lane, and the vehicle positioning that works for camera angles from the forecourt and the park.

The Piece Hall's Georgian colonnaded courtyard has served as a backdrop for productions from Peaky Blinders to Ackley Bridge. The 315 rooms surrounding the open courtyard create a versatile architectural frame that works for period drama (Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian) and contemporary productions alike. Our vehicles can be positioned in the courtyard for establishing shots, driven through the gated entrances for arrival sequences, or parked against the colonnade for static shots. The Piece Hall management operates a well-established filming protocol — we coordinate with their events team for vehicle access, positioning, and timing that minimises disruption to the venue's public programme.

Hebden Bridge has served as a location for Happy Valley, Last Tango in Halifax, and numerous independent productions. The town's Victorian terraces, riverside setting, and surrounding moorland provide a concentrated range of locations within a small area. The Calder Valley between Halifax and Todmorden — 18 miles of mills, viaducts, canal towpaths, and steep-sided valley roads — offers production-ready backdrops for chase sequences, period establishing shots, and contemporary drama. Our vehicles on the A646 between Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge can be filmed against mill chimneys, stone viaducts, and the valley hillsides that define Calderdale's visual character.

Classic Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow or Bentley S-Series positioned in the forecourt for 1960s and 1970s period sequences. Vehicle dressed by the art department with period-correct number plates and accessories. On-set standby driver ensures the car is repositioned between setups without delay.
Contemporary drama in Hebden Bridge
Modern Range Rover Autobiography or Mercedes S-Class for Happy Valley-era contemporary sequences. Vehicles driven through the town centre, parked on Bridge Gate, or positioned on the surrounding valley roads. Continuity management across multiple shoot days.
Commercial shoots at Dean Clough
Modern supercars — Ferrari F8 Tributo, McLaren 720S — against the Victorian mill architecture for advertising, social media, and brand content. The contrast between contemporary vehicle design and industrial heritage creates visually striking compositions. Low-loader delivery to protect vehicle condition on cobbled surfaces.
Piece Hall establishing shots
Rolls-Royce Phantom or Bentley Continental GT in the courtyard for establishing shots and arrival sequences. The colonnaded galleries provide a consistent architectural frame from multiple camera angles. Early-morning access before public opening ensures clean backgrounds.
Moorland driving sequences
The roads above Halifax — Cragg Vale, Blackstone Edge, Oxenhope Moor — provide open moorland locations for driving sequences. Rolling road equipment compatible with all vehicles in our fleet. Low traffic volumes on weekday mornings reduce the need for road closures on B-roads.
Contact us with your production details — script requirements, period, location (Shibden Hall, Piece Hall, Hebden Bridge, Dean Clough), and shoot dates. We respond within 24 hours with vehicle options, availability, and rate cards.
Our production coordinator works with your art department to confirm vehicle specifications — colour, period accuracy, dressing requirements, and hero vs. background roles. Viewing of vehicles arranged at our facility or your Halifax production base.
Access routes, positioning, low-loader requirements, and on-set protocols confirmed with your locations team and the venue management at Shibden Hall, Piece Hall, or Dean Clough. Insurance and risk assessment documentation provided for your production file.
We supply vehicles to every production location in Calderdale: Shibden Hall (HX3), the Piece Hall (HX1), Dean Clough (HX3), Hebden Bridge, Todmorden, Mytholmroyd, Heptonstall, Sowerby Bridge, Elland, Brighouse, and the moorland roads above Halifax including Cragg Vale, Blackstone Edge, and Oxenhope Moor. Low-loader delivery available for hero cars requiring condition protection on cobbled or unpaved surfaces. Compound parking arranged at Dean Clough and other secure Halifax locations for multi-day productions. We also supply production vehicles across Bradford, Huddersfield, Leeds, and throughout the Halifax and Calderdale area.

“"Booked the Ferrari F8 Tributo for a commercial shoot at Dean Clough. The car arrived on a low-loader, spotless, and the driver knew exactly how to position for different camera angles. We got the shots in half the scheduled time because the vehicle was production-ready from the start."”
“"The Piece Hall shoot required a Bentley Continental GT in the courtyard at 5am. Vehicle was in position by 4:45, driver stayed on set all day for repositioning, and the car looked identical in every take. Professional operation — exactly what a tight production schedule needs."”
Shibden Hall (HX3) is accessed via Godley Lane from the A58 Godley Road. The approach is single-track in sections with limited turning — vehicles over standard saloon length require advance route planning. The forecourt accommodates up to 3 vehicles for camera-facing shots, with additional parking in the lower estate for standby vehicles. Shibden Park itself provides open grassland for tracking shots with the hall as backdrop. We have an established working relationship with the Shibden events team and understand the access windows between public opening hours.
The Piece Hall (HX1) has three gated entrances — Westgate, Southgate, and the Horton Street entrance. Vehicle access to the courtyard is via the Westgate gate (width: 3.2 metres) or the Southgate (wider, suitable for low-loaders and larger vehicles). The cobbled courtyard surface is suitable for all vehicles in our fleet. Piece Hall filming requires advance booking with the venue and typically operates on early-morning or closed-day schedules. Our production coordinator handles the venue liaison.
Hebden Bridge town centre presents tight access with narrow streets and limited turning. The Bridge Gate area (by the Old Bridge) provides the most photographed location. Vehicle positioning on Market Street or Bridge Gate requires traffic management coordination with Calderdale Council. The surrounding valley roads — particularly the climb to Heptonstall and the moorland above Hardcastle Crags — offer open road locations suitable for driving sequences without the constraints of the town centre.
Dean Clough (HX3) provides secure compound parking for production vehicles, direct access from the A629, and multiple architectural backdrops within the complex — from Victorian mill yards to contemporary gallery spaces. The production facilities at Dean Clough (loading bays, power, welfare) make it a practical base for shoots that also use the building as a location.
