The Quantock Hills ridge road is 15 minutes west of Taunton. Best light: dawn eastward, golden hour westward toward the Bristol Channel. The heathland provides clean, uncluttered backdrops.
Hestercombe Gardens is 10 minutes north. Formal garden access by arrangement — the stone terraces and pergola walk provide architectural contrast to vehicle lines. Best for luxury marques.
