How does the supercar booking process work?
Simply fill out our booking form with your preferred dates, vehicle, and location details. Our concierge team will review your request and respond within minutes with availability confirmation and a detailed proposal including transparent pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. A security deposit is pre-authorised on your credit card before collection. The deposit amount varies by vehicle (typically £5,000-£25,000) and is fully refundable upon safe return.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, cancellations made more than 14 days before the hire date receive a full refund. We offer free date changes subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee. Contact our concierge team to discuss any changes.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for popular models and peak season (May-September). However, last-minute bookings are sometimes available - contact our concierge team to check real-time availability.
Is delivery and collection included?
Yes, we offer door-to-door delivery and collection anywhere in mainland UK. This includes popular locations such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, and major airports and hotels. Delivery fees vary by distance and are included in your quote.
Understanding Supercar Hire Pricing
Our pricing structure is designed for clarity and fairness. Daily rates start from £799 for entry-level supercars like the Porsche 911, rising to £2,500+ for exotic hypercars such as the McLaren 765LT or Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. Multi-day discounts apply automatically: 5% off for 3+ days, 10% off for 7+ days, and 15% off for 14+ day hires.
Security deposits are pre-authorised on your credit card (not charged) before collection and released 7-14 days after safe return. Deposit amounts reflect the vehicle's value and excess level: Standard vehicles (£5,000), Premium supercars (£10,000), Hypercars (£25,000+). These amounts are clearly stated in your booking proposal—no surprises at handover.
Every hire includes comprehensive insurance with theft protection and breakdown recovery. You're responsible for the excess amount (same as security deposit) in the event of damage, but this can often be reduced through optional excess reduction insurance. Fuel, congestion charges, parking, and speeding fines are the hirer's responsibility.
Delivery fees depend on distance and are calculated transparently. Central London delivery typically costs £50-£150, while nationwide deliveries range from £200-£500 depending on location. We'll always confirm the exact fee before you commit to your booking.
